Makes: 2 servings
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) water
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) flour
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix

Preparation


 
  • Whisk together first five ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • Add flour, cinnamon, and baking powder, and blend well.
  • Fold in frozen blueberries.
  • Divide batter into two lightly oiled microwave safe mug.
  • Sprinkle batter tops with Summer Berry Dip Mix.
  • Microwave on high for 1½–2 minutes.
